Relatable, Crisp & Complete

I have kind of a soft spot for this film as I find it quite relatable to quite a few of my own experiences. I hope a lot of youth and their parents watch and get inspired, not just to pursue passions but also to keep a check on mental health.

An extraordinary experience

Ho Ja Mukt is an incredible journey on a variety of levels. It is hard hitting and yet introspective at the same time.But the focus of the film, depression, is explored with a depth rarely seen in modern cinema.

Perhaps the most surprising (and effective) aspect of the film is how the story is packaged (and energized) by the music and dance elements.

A thought-provoking and impactful film! Truly a masterpiece!!

This movie has done a phenomenal job of tugging just at the right heart strings. It has a perfect description of the crucial role mental health plays in one' life. 'Ho Ja Mukt' being the representation of millions of people around the world, with a perfect mix of emotions and art, is a must-watch for every age group.
